Chef Josko's Bourbon Yams
3 to 4 Yams
4 oz White sugar
4 oz Brown sugar
1 stick Unsalted butter
1 Tsp Vanilla
4 Oz Kentucky Bourbon
Peel and cut yams into squares 1.5 inch.
Melt butter in pan, add sugars, vanilla and bourbon and
bring to a boil.
Put yams in a 9 x 9 dish and pour liquid over the top cover
with foil and cook 30 to 40 Min 350 degrees or until yams
are soft but not mushy.
